From December 2017 our newly formed Cahill Erection Services Limited takes over National steel erection company PDF Erection Services.
Improved market conditions along with increased turnover has lead us to make the strategic decision to bring back in-house Steel Erection operations for major projects. This will enable us to better service our client’s requirements.
CESL day to day will be controlled & overseen by Operations Manager Paul Chalke who is a qualified steel fabricator by trade and has spent the last 15 years contract managing for PDF.
Initially we will be operating with 5 erection crews for major works supplemented by a further 3 number 2 man crews to undertake smaller works,variations, snagging and on-site welding activities. The recent takeover will also allow us to undertake in-house site engineering.
CESL will be carrying out the erection of structures directly for Cahill whilst continuing to support the long established existing client base PDF had built operating nationally.
The business has already secured a steady pipeline of work taking us through to the end of March 2018.
